Method 1: Delicious basic way

This is a perfect South Indian Podi for rice. You can add it to hot and steaming rice with ghee and turn a simple meal of rice into a culinary experience.

Method 2: Desi Twist

Tried and tested. Add RDP’s Pappula Podi to rice and mix it with ghee. Then, add another layer of flavour with RDP’s mango pickle. Trust us, you will experience an explosion of flavours with this recipe. Mango pickle + Pappulapodi is an all-time favourite recipe for most of the South Indians :)
